The goal of our restaurants is to deliver bold flavors and popular dishes from across the globe. Our guests are the core of our philosophy; we make sure to providing them with more than just a regular night out to eat. We strive to ensure they have a unique dining experience. Between the variety of cocktails we serve to the great, from-scratch food available on our menu, we’ve become a leader in the restaurant industry.
We currently have an immediate need for a Restaurant Kitchen Manager in the Albuquerque area! This person should have a strong work ethic, drive to succeed, and eye for talent.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of current Upscale Casual Dining Restaurant Kitchen/BOH Management experience
High Volume Background; must have KM experience in restaurants doing more than $3 million per year in sales
Hands-on with hiring, training, and development of hourly employees
- Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
